As i am a Tamizan I was a non-Hindi spoking Indian so anywhere in the world only the south Indian people will be more mostly they have their own mother tongue

India under the British regime was under over 4 centuries,divided into three presidencies: 1. Calcutta 2. Bombay 3. Madras. While Calcutta was Original Capital of India, all regions covering Karanataka,Andhra Pradesh ( including Nizam State) ,Tamilnadu and Kerala. wee under Madras Presidency. The presumption still continues.
