As i am a Tamizan I was a non-Hindi spoking Indian so anywhere in the world only the south Indian people will be more mostly they have their own mother tongue

Yes, I am Hindi speaking Indian, from south. Hindi was my second language.

India under the British regime was under over 4 centuries,divided into three presidencies: 1. Calcutta 2. Bombay 3. Madras. While Calcutta was Original Capital of India, all regions covering Karanataka,Andhra Pradesh ( including Nizam State) ,Tamilnadu and Kerala. wee under Madras Presidency. The presumption still continues.

i can't speak hindi, i m a 13 year old livin in the USA,
i can speak some gujurati

in india a 20% and below will be hindi speeking. i am a keralite and speeking malayalam
