It really depends on what age, but i'm assuming you're talking about a baby from 1-6 months and Leap-pad has a lot for those ages. Books, puzzles, all sorts of stuff. Good luck

If you're talking about a child under 6 months, get something that will help the parents out. I have a new nephew and bought him some outfits, socks, onesies, that sort of thing. A baby that young won't remember anything you've given him. If you don't want to go that route, get something that is stimulating to the babies mind that will help in his growth.

It depends on the age...
For an infant, most toys are unisex so just go down the baby aisle and get blocks, stacking rings, rattles, musical toys, etc. Or some trucks or trains. If you're trying for practical, stock up on diapers, formula, etc. Up to you.
For an older boy, 2 and up, any action figure, boys are really easy to buy for, any kind of car toy or batman or spiderman or powerranger, or gi joe, boxing gloves, t-ball set. They're happy with almost anything. For practical, get clothes, they tear them apart so quick at that age that it would be appreciated to any parent.

First you need to get your hairy bits close enough to each other to allow nature to take its course.
If you want a boy then spicy foods are the answer. If the male eats spicy foods then the male DNA in the sperm are supposed to be more invigorated and win the race, so to speak.
I love spicy food and have 3 boys. Our friends have followed a similar pattern.
