Where in florida can you see Dolphins in the open water?

I am looking for a town that has dolphins that frequent the open water. I want to be able to have a house where I can walk down the street and see Dolphins in the ocean or bay ! Thanks.

You want to check out Key West or Key Largo...
and here you can swim with the dolphins

Just about anywhere in southwest Fla you will be able to see dolphins regularly.

When I vist Tampa --I almost always see them!
