OB/GYN (Obstetrician/Gynecologist)
Have you tried taking your temp every morning before you get up. When ovulation occurs there is a slight elevation (1 degree) in the temp. This usually happens 2 weeks after the first day of the last period.
If you have been trying everyday for 3 months and nothing is happening, it's possible you are trying to hard. Try the temp, and save the "little swimmers" for the elevation. It's possible the count is low and needs time to build up. He could also try wearing boxers, instead of the briefs that bind.
It is never too early to start seeing the OB/GYN, when you want to conceive.

The kind of doctor that specializes in helping people get pregnant is called a Reproductive Endocrinologist, or RE.

You don't say how old you two are, but many RE's won't see couples under 35 until they have tried to get pregnant on their own for a year, or for 6 months if the woman is 35 or older.

Statistically, you don't reach a 50/50 chance of getting pregnant until you've been trying for 6 months. (Don't tell the teenagers!)

Hello -- Please listen, to me. I have told alot of people how to
have a baby. You see after we lost our only daughter back in 1982.-- I was having a problem also and my time clock was ticking away. I went out and bought, "First Response Kit".
This kit is an ovulation kit and it tests your urine first thing in
the morning. When it turns blue that's when you can have a baby.
I used this kit and I can say that I'm a proud parent of three healthy boys. So it does work. So go out and get it. Good luck.

You would see your Ob/Gyn for that and you would be under his/her care until delivery. If you have never seen one, it's not wise to try to get pregnant. Go in for a full exam.
