Are you the leader in you circle of friends or workplace etc? Do you have opinions of your own and confront your own situations or do you involve yourself in others conflicts simply to impress and join their gang, so to speak?

Mo, it says - Gangs, so to speak - we are social animals and like it or not we form groups, social and otherwise.

Both, i think I'm a pretty good at judging when to step up and when to fall back. but i like to think of myself as a free thinker.

I'm the leader. I have my own opinions and ideas, but I like to hear everyone out too. If there is a problem, I'm going to solve it, one way or another. I stay out of conflicts unless it is creating problems for everyone. Conflict has no positive purpose.
Join their gang? They always want to join MY gang!

No not the leader, cant bare the pressure of being that manipultive....power corrupts and all......I just love to communicate......to learn more about others and their oppinions...so that I can adjust and readjust my own views based on new perspectives......I am an infoholic...give me a documentary over any fake drama any day. Do I do it to impress others....I guess that is a factor...but we all like to impress others....tis what is part of being a social creature.....indulge in it dont fight it.

I'm a grown up so we don't have gangs! The circle of friends I have all have their own opinions and ideas. We are all very different but capable of getting on and respecting each other.

i am more of the leader i keep everyone tight and don't let them fall behind i am also what you would call the heart of the group i hold everyone together and yes i do let them live their own life but i don't let them do anything that could cost them their life. but if you were a follower i would suggest this. If they don't accept you for who you are then you don't need them

I'm definitely the leader, I will not allow myself to be involved in the mindless gossiping. When they try to drag me into their B.S. I simply say I don't have time for this and neither do you.
