Maybe next time you should say, "yeah, I like you almost as much as i like (insert a yummy food, like ice cream or your favorite candy)", let him catch you looking at another guy while he's talking to you, and see what happens.
Either he'll quit pussyfooting around and ask you out, because he'll realize you like him but are too cool to wait around for him. (Don't SAY you are too cool--SHOW him). Either that or he's just playing with you, and he'll leave you alone and let you find a boy who likes you back.

who isnt nuts..... if he is still just a crush, tell him no the next time he asks... and keep that up for a while, I dont think that he will stay a crush to much longer after that. Guys like it when you play hard-to-get. HAVE FUN FOR ME,lol

No he is not nuts, worried yes, whether it was just a friendship or relationship the both of you should reassure each other that things are fine.

No hunny he's not "nuts" he just likes hearing it. I'm the same way sometimes, I ask my girlfriend if she loves me or some such thing and she says yes even though it's already quite obvious. I just like hearing her say it :)

he is insecure about himself or he wouldnt keep asking you over and over, maybe he doesnt think hes worthy but know this, if hes that way now hes is always going to be that way he is the type of person that has little self worth so your always going to have to build him up to make him feel good about himself is he worth it? this guy could end up being a pain in the butt eventually

I tell my wife that I love her dozens of times every day. She never gets tired of hearing it. Of course, she does the same.
Why don't you surprise him, and tell him that you love him before he gets a chance to ask you ?

he is self conscious and controlling..the type of people you need to stay away from due to lack of self confidence..it will put too big of a strain on the relationship.
