Depends on where in FTL to where in Miami. But according to FT. Laud visitors bureau a taxi from FT. L airport to Port of Miami (downtown) averages $70.00

Other responders are correct ... but if you are going from south or west part of miami to north or beach part of ft lauderdale, at a high traffic hour, it could easily cost you well over $100. Consider using mass transit for at least part of that trip, anything from the "limos" that connect the two airports (they are actually minivans, not limosines at all) ... to riding busses and/or commuter rail. Enjoy your visit!
