Dear All,

kindly help in writing a letter to a real estate company saying "not to renew the Lease Agreement" which is due for renewal at the end of this month.

A simple letter with "Notice not to renew lease" in the subject line will do. So long as notice is given as prescribed in the lease and in writing, you can do a simple letter which will serve as good notice.

Basically just type one up and state in a gentler kinda way...why you are not going to renew your lease. But you might be able to find a sample letter just by typing your form you need for your situation. TRY legal Document Sample Letters. Good Luck

it will be easier to type you own just state that you will not be renewing your lease and put the apt # on there and then state the day your lease end and tell them you will be moving on or before that date. You dont have to tell them why you are leaving but just in case say you moving back in with family members or out of state

Use your own words.

Cite the date of the lease and property that you refer to.

State clearly that it will not be renewed.

If you are the tenant, give your forwarding address (for the deposit) and the anticipated date you will surrender keys.

If you are the landlord, ask for confirmation of their intent to move, the date they plan to surrender, and the forwarding address for the deposit. Also remind them of any per diem holdover provisions in the lease.

You do not need to state a reason. The contract is expiring, you only need to provide reasonable notice.

Send it certified, and it should be more than one month before the end date of the lease.
