I can probably help you with this, but I would need to know which diagnostic tool you are using and take a look at a screenshot. If you could send am email with an attached screenshot of the diagnostic tool giving you that readout to mysticman44@hotmail.com, I could probably help figure out what the problem is.

fsb is the speed of information through the pipes in the computer if your trying to do a lot of stuff causes bottle necking that slows the computer down alot .

your processor maybe a 533mhz but the information goin in and out is moving at 200mhz

newer computers have faster bus speeds "fsb" like gaming machines and such computers from dell and such the basic models usually do not have faster bus speeds like found in gaming machines they may have fast processors but what good is a fast processor if the information cant get in and out fast? im sure someone here can explain it a little better.

the machine will handle memory with up to 533 speed the installed memory is 400 mhz
