There was no super bowl in the 50's. So, everybody lost - no great commercials to watch. :-)

there was no 'superbowl' per se but there was the nfl with its championship game and the the afl with their own championship game. the first championship game the was called a 'superbowl' was either sb 2 or 3. sb 1 was the nfl-afl title game between the kc chiefs and the green bay packers. with that packers winning.
