Why RAM diagnostic tool reports that the RAM is manufactured in 2025?

Result repeated by yet another diagnostic tool. Have we started our journey by Einsteins's theory already. Any serious answers?

The tool is malfunctioning OR the RAM has not been configured to the same standard the diagnostic tool is using.
