Let's say that the "Perfect Body" can be defined as that body-state that spontaneously inspires you on a fairly regular basis, but also inspires others who encounter you in such fashion that they are moved to improve their own shape and function. If this is a reasonable and flexible definition of a 'Perfect Body', then I would say that the 3rd point you might wish to consider is the mental attitude that accompanies a healthy diet and moderate but effective exercise routines.

I have found that the right thinking, a flexible, true 'philosophy' that one has found through one's own hard-won experience and just one's general mental (and emotional) outlook or perspective on oneself, others and the world around you, are just as important as diet and exercise. Sometimes circumstances change and the diet and exercise routines can be thrown off or severely restricted. At that point one's thoughts, one's imagination, one's emotions, one's outlook and one's overall attitude towards the dark and light of life can become the most important foundation that holds you up. This same attitude or mental outlook can then guide you back into your optimum routine even if circumstances have changed, or even if you have regressed or in any way been altered. A good mental state that is able to renew and repair itself can be applied to any field of activity under even quite gruelling circumstances. A good mental state knows how to handle hardship and ease, both of which pose specific dangers to the very goal you have just stated.

One could go further and suggest that even deeper than mental attitude and healthy thinking is the spiritual well from which one drinks directly from the source of everything. What I have found is that forms of thought are very immediate and practical. Spiritual sources are real but a bit more diffuse, so I prefer to use the term 'mental attitude'. But whatever terminology one chooses, the important point is that just as with physical exercise and really healthy eating, one must make one's thoughts one's own. You have to work the mind just as you work the body. Good thinking requires as much discipline and routine as good exercise, good food preparation and good speech.

It sounds to me like a good subject for an essay and a good question. Diet/Exercise/Mental Attitude. They all support each other and they all feed back into each other, offering the possibility of a unified personality.

consistency. being consistent with the exercise and eating healthy is important, the person needs to be able to keep their goal in mind overall. cuz if they don't, it would be easy to slip back into old patterns and totally blow whatever good they've done so far. they could always begin again tho. working at being consistent will make it all easier to stay on track from the start.

Back before the 1910s, women who were over weight by today's standards were seen as most desirable. The "Perfect Body" of today will be something entirely different come tomorrow. It's all subject to popular fashion. It is all very subjective.
