I have a friend with an MBA who makes $32,000 p.a. - not so good. At the other end, the heads of large corporations make multi-millions.

One not-so-bright MBA is President of the United States.

Good luck to you

This depends TOTALLY on where you got the degree.

If you are admitted to one of the premiere programs, such as Harvard, Columbia, Michigan, Stanford, Duke, etc. then you will get a top salary offer when you graduate. But to get into these schools you need a very good undergraduate degree and several years of on the job management experience at some top company where you were able to show that you are a real talent.

If you just go to one of the mass produced MBA programs at one of the gigantic public schools or lower level private schools, you are probably not going to get any benefit from the degree worth mentioning.

It would be nothing but a fantasy to imagine that you can go to any old MBA program and get fabulous job offers of $100,000 or more when you finish. That doesn't happen very often!
