first of all. discussing divorce between a husband and wife regardless of their current living status.... is not something for 3rd parties to interfere with.

I think if you want to 'encourage/discuss' divorce between 'the wife' and 'the wife's husband' you should do it with the person with whom you are 'friends' with in that scenerio...

I'm surprised she didn't slap you or throw a bucket of cold water on you.

Sorry, but it think divorce is such a private and sensitive subject that should ONLY involve the two people who are in that marriage and want out.

she is not signing because she doesn't want a divorce, or she is punishing her husband, for something real or amigined she feels he did to her. let her husband talk to her, she doesn't want u in the picture for some reason, he is basically still married to her, and it is not your affair to confront her. sounds as if she has some unresolved issues. how do u know all these things about her personal life? but if one truly wants a divorce they can file and if the other party doesn't respond the divorce will be granted anyway by defalt. he is married and there could always be a reconciliation between them, so usually it is best to stay away from married men unless they are truly divorced.

It isn't up to "you" to get that information for him. The marriage was between the two of them, and they are the ones who need to work out the details of their "divorce".

I think I'd be a little more concerned about "why" the husband isn't trying to get his wife to sign the papers, than as to "why" she hasn't signed them!

Doesn't seem like you're in a very good place at the moment, good luck.

You've asked this question several times, different ways, and wrote once it was for a friend. You even asked a question concerning your bf who isn't treating you very nice cause things aren't going his way. How much does it take to get through to that one little lonely braincell? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm? Your bf is a dog, his wife is a witch and you are a dumass. Now go have a baby and make it even worse....sheesh. Honey we can't stop the stupid from being stupid, try getting a brain in your head, make sure you take your birth control, get a bf wo isn't a loser and oh oh....STAY IN SCHOOL! For crying out loud, did your Momma have any children that lived?

ok I had an exwife who performed the comparable sport. I stay in Texas and right this is what surpassed off after a year of that junk. I asked that the decide stress her to look in courtroom for the divorce listening to. They despatched out a cop to bypass serve her. She did no longer look on the subsequent listening to and the decide granted my divorce. So my advice is to speak on your lawyer and have him ask the decide to serve your ex. the speedier the greater desirable.

Cut through the smoke. Publish notice after refusal to sign and procede with divorce. Quit playing games with an idiot.

She needs to talk to her husband and he needs to find out why she is holding out. Otherwise find a state that deals in no fault divorce.

Maybe she feels like it isn't any of your business. Simple as that. What role do you play in their marriage? Please elaborate this for me and the others. Your question was a bit confusing. :)
