Its true because of the excess estrogen that it contains. It also gives women thyroid cancer.

Breast size is to do with hormones and genetics... and hopefully most foods wont alter either of those! There are a few herbs that will increase estrogen levels, black cohosh for example.
Talk to a naturopath and see if there are any options for you.
Soy, I don't think so. I'm vegan, so I eat a ton of soy products. I'm a 36D and that's due to being on birth control and my mom and grandmother both being very well endowed. My size didn't change when I went vegan a couple years ago.
Hope you find something safe, honey.

No, soybean products do NOT boost breast growth. It's just genetics -- there is no food that will increase your breast size. Some birth control pills have an initial effect of increasing your breast size, but after a while, they return to normal again.

There are no foods/pills/creams that can make your breasts larger. It's just a scam to get gullible people to buy their products. The only way you can make your boobs bigger (if you've already surpassed puberty) is if you gain weight, have a baby, or get breast implants. If you don't want to do any of those things, I suggest a wonder bra.

Soybean may increase estrogen, but that doesn't mean larger breasts. If it were the case women in East Asia who have a lot of Soy in their diet would have the largest breasts!

I didn't know about soya products increasing female breast size.

But I do know that dairy products are good for that (milk, cheese, ice cream ect) - but they will make the rest of your body fatter too.

Chicken is good too, because the farmers feed the chickens synthetic estrogens to make them grow fatter in less time.

In general, anything with estrogen in it will make your chest grow faster (you might want to consider taking hormone suppliments too)

Good luck!!

No food or other gimmick will alter your breast size. Your genes determine your physical appearance. Only cosmetic surgery can alter what the genes have built.

I hate to say this there is nothing you can buy to increase breast size. That is unless you get an augmentation and buy them from plastic surgeon.

Just be happy with what you have! I don't know how big you are but I'm a 36 D and I know some guys that LOVE big boobs but some would rather have tiny ones or "normal" sized ones....

It's really just genetics. There is no food that will change that. How would you have silicon without surgery, by the way?
