Pretty well for moost since they collect commissions on the loan and on the real estate transaction. Just remember that most states require that an agent acting in both transactions make full disclosure to the client that he is getting paid on both ends. Make suer you put together a disclosure form for all your deals that your client can sign so they don't claim you never told them.....
