people are rreally mean on here who cares how to spell it and it is not an excuse for being fat! whats your excuse for being rude?

well it has to due with the thyroid gland. it is in the front of your neck. my sister had a large gland hers was swollen dr. gave her some meds to reduce it. this is called a goiter. but your metabulism is controlled by your thyroid. best to go to a dr. for thyroid problems, although your regular dr. might know what to do. but i also ask to recommend a specialist,if anything is wrong. i know slow metabulism causes you to be tired, lay around, sleep too much etc. people might call you are lazy but your not. the thyroid absorbs the nutrients from foods you eat. if to high the opposite occurs to you. best to look this up on the internet. i might be wrong but have it checked out by a dr. betty boop
