I've been meditating, pretendin I'm a soldier for the confederacy, sittin' around my fire, playin' myguitar, awaiting battle. How else can I practice my skills? In the off-season I really need to keep my game sharp. PS I'm a bugle Boy .

You can do what cartman did on southpark one episode when had to write a paper on the founding fathers. What he did was bring on a flashback of 1776 by dropping himself into a tub of water with a tivo full of historical programs on it about the founding fathers. After he did that he shocked back into the 1776. So i would suggest getting a tivo full of civil documentaries and bring that in the shower with you. I also heard you can get flashbacks(like in the movies, not LSD ones) from getting hit in the head while thinking of the thing in particular, in your case the civil war. Also i might suggest practicing the bugle or a lute er something..I don;t think they had guitars bak then.Hope this helps.

Bugleboys were young, weren't they?
Practice getting that 'concentration camp look' into your eyes. You know, the long gaze that says "I've seen more horror than a kid should ever know about".
