This is in reference to the shooting incident....this is years before that when Scalia refused to recuse himself from a case.....Sierra Club had dragged Cheney(rightfully so!) in to court...they(Scalia and Cheney) went hunting......and poof the case was dismissed.
It was re: an energy meeting with loads of bigwigs.....like Ken Lay(prior to Enron's collapse)....and it was before 9/11....was dismissed b/c they claimed national security reasons.

I thihk Cheney would be hard pressed to find a MORE conservative judge than Scalia, so I will go with no. However, this was my first great chuckle of the day. Thansks!
