should the Canadian Army be expanded drasticially so we will be ready when americans try to f**k with us? we are a peacefull country and right now we have a bush brown noser in office but next election will change that . we will be divided from the americans like it should be and they wont like it what should we do ? serious answers please im not joking!

just know that canada is so well liked that every other country would defend it unlike americans! travel around the world with a american flag and see what happens we get kisses especially from cubans lololol!

To both tarashan and Maxx: Neither of you seem to understand the relationship between our countries, or between our governments, for that matter.
tarashan, I'm not a conservative voter, but Harper is the one who wants to expand our military in the North to maintain our claim against the U.S.A.
Also, the Americans would be more likely to defend us than any other country in the world would. They say they like us, but not enough to defend us. (Could it be they like us because they don't know us?)
Maxx: - your depiction of Canada as a worthless country doesn't reflect your government's attitude. We are a valued ally (we werre in the gulf War, in the Korean war, we are in Afghanistan...) and we are a valued trading partner.
As for an invasion being over in a few days, somebody said that back in 1812. You have the wherewithal to beat us, yes - but it wouldn't be that easy. Your leaders thought Iraq would be easy...

Expand all you want; if we ever decided to invade it would be over in days. Take comfort in the fact that your country is so worthless that I do not see anyone wanting to take it.
