I am having terrible morning sickness...my mom swears by crackers but i just can't get them down...i would love an idea that got rid of the nausea because that seems to be the problem for the urge to vomit...please help

For my all day sickness. I never threw up, just was very nauseous. What helped me was eating small meals throughout the day (every 2-3 hrs). Having something in the stomach kept the acid at bay so I wasn't as nauseous. The cracker didn't help me; I was more nauseous.

I thought I was going to die from morning, noon, and night sickness! Try sucking on a peppermint. The peppermint oils are natural anti-nausea antidotes. I also found morning sickness remedy that contained emetrol.

the best thing that helped me other than a percription from the doc (which i didnt use much because it was $30 a month) was ginger tablets you can find them with the vitamins

Crackers was my first idea too, but try some pop corn, or melba toast

Gingera antacid helped me with nausea, and indigestion. Hard to find..but you can buy it on their site with free shipping.
