I have a phobia of roaches.
The last time I saw one on the floor I screamed and threw a book at it to kill it because I couldn't go near it. I also had to get someone else to clean it up because even though I knew it had to be dead I was still terrified.
I also have a phobia of change.
I don't think I'll give details on that one. Those are my phobias.

Open heights.
Can't climb on regular ladder, but can handle the kind that have hand rails on them. Like the kind used at Home Depot or Lowe's for the employees to get to the higher shelves.
I tried it one day when no one was looking and was fine at the top, about 15' off the ground. If it would have been a regular ladder, I wouldn't have make it past the third rung.
Bugs don't bother me, I step on them and get it over with, or use a fly swatter, or let the dogs chase them around and they eventually eat them. lol

I have an Extreme fear of Gecko's. I am the only female of 6 siblings and my brothers thought it would be funny to chase me with one, i was only 3 and terrified. From that one little experience i cannot stand them. One touched me a while back and i had to get my fiance to remove it as i hastliy headed to bathe again. My friends recently found out of my fear and decided to do another 'chase'. I actually Passed out, they don't mock me anymore after they realised its a serious fear.

Maggots. I saw some once underneath some garbage outside. Ever since then I can`t look at anything that even resembles them. There was a commercial on TV for toothpaste, It had dancing blobs of toothpaste that looked like dancing maggots to me. I had to close my eyes every time it came on. As for Fear Factor forget it!

I have a fear of those porcelain or ceramic dolls with the glass eyes. My friend used to have about twenty of them on a shelf on her wall, and every time I slept over I could swear they would turn their heads or move their eyes. Now if I ever have a little girl I don't think I could stand to buy her one of those because they freak me out.

I have Claustrophobia — Fear of confined or small spaces. When in a small place or crowed very much, I get very nervous, and some extreme cases I pass out.
Here is a website that I found that may help you.

I've got a deadly fear of thunderstorms. I will literally burst into tears and scream when one happens...I can handle them better in the day when my mum and dad are awake but at night when they're sleeping I just freak out....The pathetic thing is....I'm 14...lol...I've also got a fear of ladybugs...but not as bad as thunderstorms.

I have morbid fear for snakes and mouse. The mere sight of them makes me wanna jump and scream. If these animals come near me, I'll definitely pass out.

Tsunami's...I can't even look at them ever since I started having nightmares of them. Just recently, I got over my fear of Eyebrows...I couldn't even look at some people when I were little because of it.
