What is the formula used to determine the tax value of a mortgage?

I have a 2nd mortgage for $60,000.00 and I need to know how to determine it's tax value.

You know I wish my daughter were here, she's got her Real Estate License.. And opted to open a Loan office , instead of being out on the field. I'd give her a "Jingle" for you, but I know the girl is too busy, right now getting things prepared for her Business to open.
