at my work we want to block ( my space website ) because my cooworkers they spend too much time on that site and they are not doing there job ..... thanks.

Your router will have a firewall built in. You can add myspace.com to the list of blocked sites.

right click internet explorer,left click properties, content tab,enable ratings, enter supervisor password, follow prompts.
