I am trying to remember the stuff I watched on Sat. Am's as a kid. I loved Sigman the Sea Monster and Land of the Lost the most. Some others were The Bugaloos (h & r puff n stuff), the New Zoo Review..etc. No cartoons this time, but actual shows of the 70's on Sat. Am's ....

I remember that we could only get two television stations three if the weather was good. I remember watching the Waltons, Honey Mooners, Lone Ranger, Daniel Boone, I love Lucy, Walt disney, Andy Griffin, Looney Tunes, The Munsters, Pink Panther, The Adams Family, Dick Van Dyke, Gun Smoke, The Three Stooges, Rawhide, Abbott and Costelo, The Little Rascals, Animal Kingdom, Amos and Andy and lots more that slip my mind at the moment.
There was also: All in the Family, Bob Newhart show, Brady Bunch, Chips, Good Times, Laverne and Shirley, Happy Days, Mash, The Jeffersons, Mary Tyler Moore, Sanford and Son, Muppet Show, Odd Couple, Taxi, Welcome Back Kotter. God there were so many
I think the best was when everyone would gather around on sunday afternoon to watch Walt Disney.

Who can forget, "The Electric Company" with Morgan Freeman as Easy Reader?? And there was another show for kids called Zoom. Both of these were on PBS stations back on the East Coast...
