Was he with you and then married this woman? Or was he already married and then you became the girlfriend? The question is a little confusing here. If you became his girlfriend after he was married, it sounds like he is feeding you a line just so he can have the both of you. And if he really wants to be with you tell him to come see you when the divorce is final (that is if you aren't already seeing someone else) *wink*

First why mess with a married man? Ur asking for heartache and trouble. Just remember if he's messing with u and still married what is to prevent him in the future from repeating the same history with u?
Sounds like both of them still want eachother and your the 3rd wheel providing the sex and safe haven. U deserve so much better. Get rid of the jerk and live life, don't waste your precious life on a deadbeat. If kids in the mix it just adds to your problems. Clean house, start fresh.

Maybe she isn't signing because she wants to give it another go. If they haven't been together for ages then she could be doing it to be mean. But if your boyfriend is sure that he wants a divorce, he is just going to keep asking her to sign the papers.

Forget the divorce for now . Put it on hold and let some time go by. A divorce is just a piece of paper . If she doesn't sign them it doesn't matter its just her way of holding on . Tell him to forget it and move on without the papers. Just doesn't matter!

I don't think she wants to let him go just yet.. Maybe she thinks there is still hope for their marriage. But if he wants a divorce bad enough there are ways to get around her not signing the papers... His lawyer should know.. He needs to ask his lawyer. Good luck.

He can get a divorce without her consent. All he has to do is file the paperwork at the courthouse. She can't stop the divorce if he wants it. As for what she is up to only she knows. If you are interested why don't you ask her?

I got a divorce an my ex didn't want a divorce. If your boyfriend really wants a divorce all he has to do is file and have her served.

she still loves her husband, and is stalling, hoping he will get tired of u, hoping u will get tired of waiting. never good to get involved with a married man, he could always reconcile with his wife, and stop seeing u. how do u think the wife feels, knowing there is someone else in her marriage, badgering her husband everyday to get the divorce. it is quite understandable that she still loves her husband and wishes u would just go away.

she just cant believe he can move on and i am sure he has. the court can give him a divorce wether she wants it or not. if he has no desire to still be married
