A good start is a topic such as 'Online Services - Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow'. Discuss the evolution of services such as Quantum Online, GEnie, and famed 1990's service, Prodigy. Talk about where they are today, with new and improved interfaces, such as America Online™, and where they might go in the future, with help from increasing multimedia technology awareness. It's a great icebreaker, and possibly a topic that interests you. Remember, an Online Service isn't an ISP. It's an ISP with all the bells and whistles!
