Alternatively, you can put up an ad on tgpersonals.com and search around for a crossdresser. There will be transgender individuals and transsexuals as well, but you can probably find a crossdresser.

you might want to check out any local BDSM organizations for this. There are lots of dominant women that love to dress their men up.
There are BDSM groups all over the US. And also england if you live there. Germany is BIG on BDSM, it's like a national pastime there. LOL! (lucky germans).....
