1. If your machine is infected with virus, install an antivirus software, only one. Check the compatibilty of it with your pc configuration.
Several antivirus softwares are free, e.g Avast home edition, AVG free edition etc., install them or buy a commercial one like Norton Antivirus etc, Remeber install only one antivirus.
2.Scan your pc with the antivirus, if still problrm persists, back up your data to a disk partition other than the OS partition, format the OS partition and reinstall OS, and also the antivirus.
