[1] Keep your cool
[2] Start working on your Logical Reasoning and Basic Maths (refer to books like RS Aggarwal)
[3] Find out old Campus papers of these companies on the internet from places likes http://www.freshersworld.com or http://www.aucse.com and practice them
[4] Improve your C/C++ by referring books likes Understanding Pointers in C, also by doing Test your C Skills and Test your C++ Skills by Yashwant Kanetkar.
This shall help you excel.

Yeah U have to dress with a plain dark Pant and Light Full hand shirt and U have to wear U R shoes and U must have the stylish english language
For girls dress code is CHURIDHAR or PLAIN SAREE
