These are some I have had:
- Cramps, Which only lasted about 2-3 days.
-Back ache
-Sensitive/Sore breasts
I am not to sure when my next period is due...but if I was still on the pill, it should be showing about a week from now. Give or take a few days. The Cramps I had cam around the 1 week or so in Nov, and then the rest of started to show up about week and a half ago.
Before I started the pill, my periods were not very heavy, long and they were very regular. I never experenced cramps, or a lot of PMS
I hope someone can help me with this one.

PS, I have had unprotected sex many times since I have been off the pill as well.

My best friend was on the pill for seven years. She stopped taking them when her and her husband decided to have a baby. She experienced very heavy cramps, and more bleeding. Other than that, there were no other side effects.

The biggest side effect of having numerous episodes of unprotected sex while off birth control is.....pregnancy.

The side effect from stopping your B/C is unwanted pregnancy.
