England has Chamberlain in the 1930's, he was the one that declared peace in our time after making deals with Hitler. England let its guard down arfter being led into a false peace.

Chamberlain was the worst UK Prime Minister ever....even the English will tell you that.

Warren Harding and Herbert Hoover were the worst US presidents ever.

Harding and his cabinet was very corrupt(the Teapot dome scandal). Hoover did little to ease the pain of the depression.

No, and not even close. Average Joe has the right idea. No one would ever think back more than 50 years to find the worst leaders.

Everyone hated Truman and Reagan while they were in office, now a lot of people say they are the best presidents. George W. Bush is NOWHERE near how bad he could have been. I'm not a big fan, but he's a lot better president than John Tyler, Harding, Taft, Coolidge, Carter, and Hoover. And Blair!? How about the thousands of terrible tyrants who tortured and executed common people whenever they were having a bad day?

Once again, everyone looks at where they are now, and thinks "it's never been this bad." Everyone does it in some way. I think we're a lot better off than we could be.

Not really, I don;t think blair is anywhere near the worst we've ever had in Britain, the US however its a toss up between Bush Jr. and JFK, both of whom bought the presidency without having the necessary intelligence to be that powerful

I can't believe you're even asking me if Bush is the worst leader...umm, yes! Ugh I hate that man. He has done nothign for America, let alone the world.
As for Blair...well he's pretty crummy but are you guys forgetting MARGARET THATCHER? Now she HAS to be the worst leader!

This question is purely subjective and has no reasonable methods of determining a logic or reasonable answer. Bush and Blair will, like all leaders, have their strengths and weaknesses and without defining the parameters which your question is based, the answer will be purely up to the opinion of the person answering it. Furthermore by posturing the question the way you did, you are clearly fishing for a specific response. This might as well be a rhetorical question.

Unfirtunately its the times that we live in that decide as to how we perseve our leaders. As the world gets ready for a war footing within the next 5-10 years the new governments will get an even bigger slating.

I would say that Bush is yes. Blair actually did a lot for UK until he started rubbing elbows with Bush-whacked. Blair is supposed to resign this year, and I'm thinking he is at least seeing that he should not have been doing what he did.

But Bush? By far the worst. I hope congress and the American people open their eyes and see how terrible Bush is and impeach his sorry posterior.
