When i record my voice, i can hear my voice vibrating. Is that good or bad? >< Or i am using wrong way to sing?

I suggest that you get lessons from a vocal teacher so that you'll sing properly and won't damage your voice in the future.

This vibration is called vibrato. It is a natural part of singing. If you really listen to other singers, you will hear a certain amount of vibrato in their voices. Some, of course, have more than others. Opera singers tend to have the most and hard rock singers tend to have the least.
So having vibrato in your singing voice is a good thing. It's normal. If you don't care for the amount of vibrato in your voice, you can work on it but I wouldn't worry too much.
