If you have enough drivers, do a scavenger hunt. Each "Thing" can be worth a certain number of points. For normal scavenger hunt things like paper clips and old movie tickets and a garden tool from the neighbor, those can be one point.
But there are other things that can be 5 points, too. Include things like an autograph of the high school quarterback, or his mother. The convienence store clerk with the longest name, or the nametag of an employee at a local restaurant. A little more racy, but fun for 16-year old girls the boxer shorts of some guy that you know from high school.
You could also get a disposable camera, digital, or polaroid for each team and include things like a picture kissing a handsome stranger, one of the girls showing their "hooters" in front of a Hooters restaurant, or all the girls on one team posed in crowns from Burger King.
Be creative and have fun.

Awww, i replaced into gonna say 7 minutes! LOL nicely, pinatas are interesting i recognize kiddish yet i'm 15 and that i imagine they're interesting. i favor to commence questioning aobut my sweet 16 quickly too. nicely, there is also dancing video games perhaps and pictionary is interesting! I suck at this so i'm not extremely confident attempt searching the internet or asking your friends.

Charades is always a popular favorite or if you have a big yard, you could play sports. E.g. volleyball.
