You have to put her to bed BEFORE she gets that exhausted. If she shouldn't be staying awake for the long of a time. She should have a nap in there somewhere. Put her in a bouncy chair, or her crib after she's been awake for five hours or so, and see if she'll nap. If she won't nap, instead of letting her stay awake for 8 or 9 hours, try putting her to bed at around 7 hours.

Trust me, if you leave her be, and there's nothing for her to do or to watch, she'll fall right to sleep. My baby will stay up too if there's a lot going on around him, so I have to remove him from any "excitement" and let him be somewhere quiet so he can start to drift off to sleep.

Babies don't know to relax and sleep when they need to, so we need to help them and "make" them go to sleep. :o)

If the problem still persists, call your pediatrician, explain the situation in a little more detail (they'll ask you tons of questions to find the root of the problem) and they should help you out.

Trying nap-time should be a good place to start though! :o)

You sound precisely like me. When I placed my three.7 yr ancient to mattress it takes her three hours simply to go to sleep. I sleep together with her, however she one way or the other thinks it's play time and reveals the whole lot humorous. When she performs, while it's time for sleep I inform her she could have a day trip or come and lay down with me. I supply her many probabilities, for the reason that I use day trip as a final motel. I placed her in the toilet, however I can in no way allow her keep in for the complete three mins for the reason that she screams her head off, pronouncing, "Mommy!, mommy!" and I are living in an condo too, and that's why she does no longer keep within the bathromm that lengthy, for the reason that I do not desire humans to feel I am hurting her. I am no longer definite what to do. I obtained her to mattress at eleven:00 pm this night and the day past I obtained her to sleep at three:00am! I do not know what to do, the one factor I can say is do not supply in to her tantrums, keep constant, be company, and do not supply her naps nearly the night time. Make definite she is good fed, I now they typically get hungry earlier than mattress. I want I knew the solutions.

Clean her thoroughly with warm water
Have her watch TV with low volume.
Close out light as much as you can.
Don't make too much noise (by toy), don't feed her.
Let’s her lay down freely, but have blanket over her and keep her warm with clothes
That'll make her happy
I'm a guy. My wife has the same problem. She concentrates too much on the crying but not what a baby really needs.

Try a routine where you're both doing calming activities an hour before bed ie. read a book, give her a bath, sing to her quietly. Don't let her continue to run around close to bed time.
