one 15 minute break every 4 hours, one 30 minute "lunch" break every 8, according to OSHA.

i know its pretty standard that a 15 minute break is required for every 4 hours worked

usually theres a lunch break thrown in there too

depends on labor laws in a stste - usually 2 & 3
