I'm high school student and going to graduate next year.
I'm still confused of which major i want to take in Uni. I like both anthropology and biology, but i'd always loved science.
I heard that biology involved a lot of math, physics and chemistry...is it?
Well..in my high school, the biology class doesn't really involve those subjects that much.
..and what can i do with that major after i graduate?
How does it feel like studying biology in Uni?
Any recommendations...? Thanx.

Bio is a tough major--many students are pre-med & many change their major from bio. You have to study alot of math, physics & chemistry. IF YOU CAN GO TO A SMALLER UNIVERSITY. At the large universities the classes are very large (300+) & very competitive. No degree will be any good if you don't have a good GPA.

If you like anatomy, consider kinesiology or physical therapy.

Also, there's not alot of "biology" classes w/ a bio major. Here's one as an example:

Here's a link to "what can you do with this major" so you can check them all out.

Good luck. Don't major in biology unless you are ready to be very devoted to your studies.

Biology major does involve math becuase you need to take courses that involve math, such as physics (almost completely math), chemistry (some math), and some actual math courses. What jobs can you have? Well look at my resources I found for you.

Edit: How does it feel like to study biology? I can't really answer this because its all about how you feel on the subject. If you like science and math, I do think you should pursue this major. If you don't like the subject in anyway or even though you might find it easy, I wouldn't recommend it. You want to major in something you know you will enjoy.
