You know something is missing, and you want to make changes, or you wouldn't have written. You may be frightened of relationships (I don't know the reasons for that), so you write an anonymous board. Perhaps being an "incurable nihilist" safely organizes your sense of who you are. Try professional counseling with a real person and learn other ways to deal with the anxiety that comes up in a relationship—someone who is paid to be objective and to teach you more about yourself than your IQ.

You answered your own question intj; pretty much describes it. It is your personality, it is what it is. I am enfp; hubby is istj, drive each other foolish but together we always get the job done; we have it all covered and complement each other. One day you will fall in love and then you will see your family is what makes you tick. Sooo if you are a istj then you best at least bring home lots of bacon!

Remember all people are different and react to things differently. It may be that you haven't matured enough or it may mean that you should speak to a counselor. There is nothing wrong with being revolutionary or radical as long as you respect the rights and opinions of others. Although you express concern about not getting angry there are many people who control themselves well and enough angry people in the world as it is, be kind to yourself accept your uniqueness and if you are seriously concerned then see someone.

Someday someone out there is going to give you all of the feelings that you think you are missing - you just have to wait for that special someone
As for not getting upset at the death of someone I can't understand that because death disturbs me so therefore I am very easily upset when someone I know dies

you need to see your doctor and tell him these things. You could be depressed or have a chemical imbalance. I would say that with the right diagnosis, therapy, and perhaps medication your life and outlook could be very different. What you are feeling or not feeling is troublesome.....call the doctor for an appt today....Good luck to you.

Don't worry there is someone out there who will make you feel something.
I wonder if you have bottled all your feelings up because of the loss of
your parent. It could be part of the grieving process. Don't worry. Time
is the best healer. You will meet someone who is like you, smart, and
attractive. You will.

It's called self esteem. You need to gain interest in starting, then completing a task, or project of your interest, learn not to be bored easily.
