I think you should get her two things.
1. A weekend pass to a spa center. Make sure that she goes a month or so after she has your next two children and let her be spoiled rotten.
2. A nice teddy, thong, or type of lingerie for after she has the babies. This will make her feel sexy again and you will also reap the benefits of that too!!

get her a mother child necklace with the 3 birthstones of your children inside of it. Go to the jewelry store and ask them about it if you are confused and they will show you what i am talking about. It is really meaningful and she will love it
