I have conjunctivitis, and I'm using my 2 perscription eye drops. I just bought an eye wash, I've never used on before. I put it to my eye and it pulled my bottom eye lid down. it touched my eye and it was very cooling, although i had trouble keeping it from spilling on my face. lol...

my question is, Do I open my eye completely when I use the eye wash/bath? (If i do, I'll be rolling my eyes into the back of my head.. ) or do I just let it open as much as it does when I push the bath up to it?

Open it as much as you can..without rolling your eyes in the back of your head. LOL And you WILL get some of the wash on your face. Good luck.

conjunctivitis is very contagious so keep your own flannel and towel as others will pick it up from you if they use your flannel or towel and you realy shouldnt need to use an eye wash you should just put drops in the corner of your eyes as with eye wash you may make it worse if the doctor told you to use eye wash then thats ok but if not i would put drops straight in the corner of your eyes or you may spread the infection hope it get better soon

Just shake gently your head from side to side so that the eyewash splashes in your eye. It takes a while to learn to do it without blinking, but it doesn't matter so long as your eye gets washed. Think of it as a shower rather than a bath.

Open your eye fully and let the cleaner do its work. If you have dirt in your eye or sticky stuff you could scratch your eye with sideways movement. Trust me I have had Conjunctivitis for 26 years..

Dont touch your eyelid at all simply just hold the eyebath and place your eye on to it and tilt your head back and open your eye. It is special solution so it will not nip
