I would rather be always hot. I could get a tan, i could always go to the beach and stay as long as i wish and i can relax better.

I would say ALWAYS be Hot.
The cold i like once in a while but
the hot sunny hot days i can be around ALL the time.

Cold. I can always put on a jumper. But those days when it's too hot to move, removing clothing really doesn't help.

I'd rather be cold all the time. If you're cold, you can cover up, but there's not much you can do if you're too hot.

Hot. I grew up down south and it was always warm down there. Now, I'm up north. I've been here for 7 years and I'm still not used to the weather!

Cold. I can always put more on to warm up, But you can't always take more off to cool down.
