It seems to me that you are expected to write about wisdom passed down through your family, if you haven't had this done borrow someone elses. Look for proverbs like look after the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves. Begin with When considering the words of my ancestors I am forced to think of the values and attitudes that they thought were very important.
One example is ........enter a proverb and say why its important, pick a couple then finish with something like if more people held the words of their ancestors important them maybe the world would be a different place. Good Luck!
