Why would you even need to ask such a question. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this is one sick individual that needs serious help. Especially if he is having sex with minors. I wouldn't even be associated with someone like that. GROSS! I

Sounds like a person who needs serious psychological help. If you are his friend you should really speak to him and if possible arrange for him to see someone. A person like this will end up hurting himself and others too and will spend alot of time in jail. Someone living a life like this may even be drawn to suicide or die through an overdose of drugs! He needs help-do something!!
