I have a Culligan system, and the house filter that is mounted to the wall keeps dripping water. not gushing but dripping. have tried to clean grooves where it screws together to no avail. unscrewed and screwed back on many times, no luck, can somebody help?

Don't know for sure, but some of them have an o-ring seal that prevents leaks. It can get damaged and need to be replaced. Check for one of them.

Take it apart and clean the threads, before you put it back together check the "O" ring seals and replace if required, clean the threads with a soft wire brush and apply PTFE tape to the threads and screw together, don't over tighten as you will break the seal
