i see them everyday. One big red buck tried to drown my dog in the dam. I was freaking out!
If a dog chases one they will head for water and bob down so they look small, when the dog swims in near it they rear up using their tail as balance and hold the dog under the water.
Luckily the dog got away (stupid dog)
My horses seem to think Kangaroos are HORSE EATING KANGAROOS. It's funny the horses and Kangaroos will sort of have a staring competition. (very weird)
My Ginger cat thinks they are giant mice because he stalks them and when they hop away he chases them. That's pretty hilarious.
mostly they just keep to themselves. the small wallabies are gorgeous. very pretty and quite tame.

the 1st time I went to Australia I never observed any wild animals - in effortless terms camels in the barren area and crocs in the reserve in Cairns. the subsequent time we went on a visit to the Blue Mountains and observed fairly some Roos. The final time (only over amonth in the past) there have been wild kangaroos around the concentrated visitor residing house the place we stayed in the Hunter Valley. the owner suggested they have been like vermin and continuously tried to knock her packing containers over. I even have additionally considered Koalas and ostriches. in effortless terms observed a Wombat in a reserve and a echinea. never observed snakes (thank goodness) yet a rather good variety of Huntsman spiders!!!

Actually yeah. I was trekking across Australia a couple of years back, and I'd gotten in to a really shitty argument with the driver and was in a terrible mood.
I walked off in to the bush, which just looked fantastic by itself. Then a wild rabbit came hopping out of some shrubs and just sat himself by my feet. I snapped off a branch from a nearby bush and fed him. I felt a bit better, so I decided to head back to camp.
On the way back, the f*cking HUGE kangaroo jumped out just ahead of me. Seriously, they're like eight foot tall in the wild. I've heard that they can kill you if you piss them off, so I just stood there like an idiot, staring at it. It was staring back at me. It was like neither of us could remember who was supposed to be scared of who. In the end, he just bounced off in a different direction and I headed back to camp.
Great day man.
