I've tried contacting ITV but no response. I was wondering if there is such a company that archives this type of thing? It was in 1998.

Find out the name of the production company who created it (try www.wikipedia.org) and contact them.
I know of someone who managed to get a video of her when she was in a Wackaday episode so it is possible with a little bit of searching.

A reasonable fee for your "minutes of stardom" SHOULD be available. I have a copy of my daft appearanxe on "15-1" by perseverance with it.
