Not a combi, but you can get various sizes of electric boilers for indirect connection, very efficient and compact. I fitted one last year for a customer, made by Heatrae.

Not to my knowledge.

you could get an emersion heater, but it wouldn't do 'instant hot water' as the power requirement would be too large & it would heat a tank of water.

But you could get local under sink hater heaters for the taps, and an electric shower.
