Dear Fine...
If you don't use credit cards or checks, you will have to go
to the nearest computer store and use cash to purchase
the latest copy of Norton Utilities & Anti-Virus Software
and install that on your
computer. Norton Utilities/Anti-Virus will clean out any
viruses that
may have snuck into your system from Internet sites or
problem EMails. Once installed, there is a section called
"Live Update" which you will need to visit from time to time
as new information is released to the public, and download
those new items to have an up to date installation.
There are also items called Spy Ware which enter your
computer to watch and report back on your various
activities on the Internet. WebRoot's "SpySweeper" is
about the best I have seen. Get that software also and
install it on your machine. Keep it updated also in a
similar manner to the way you update Norton Utilities &
Anti-Virus Software. Getting rid of those troublesome
Spy Bots will increase the speed of your machine quite
a bit because the machine is now doing only what you
direct it to do, instead of spending part of the time
reporting back to commercial companies on your
internet activities and preferences.
The combination of those two software items will fix you up.
Let me also say that there are many other software packages
out there that may or may not do the full job. I can only report
that the two listed above work for me.
Regards,
Zah

i bet you would like to clean your computer for free. first of all you need to know what files to delete. i suggest you to download hijackthis from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php and scan your computer. the scan will pick up all possibly malicious processes running on your machine. once you have hijackthis scan log, all you need to do is to post it on anti-spyware forum such as http://www.2-spyware.com/forum/
professionals at most of forums fighting with spyware can tell you what's wrong with your computer by hijackthis log.
