www.sxc.hu is a free stock photo site. you can use the pics free of charge and for personal use. however, if u are using them for anything else you might have to contact photographer or credit them in some form (it will tell u when u go to download the photo or should say in photo description) you will need to make an account to have access to the high resolution photos. but the account is also free.

Go to Webshots. You can even make the photos in to screensavers and wallpaper.
