RJ is good
Do NOTcall him RayRay. I hate that. I used to be called RayJ in school. But I'd stick with RJ.

Ray Jay, RJ, Chubbs, Ray Ray, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (best for spare ribs, not bad on chicken), Little Joe, Bubba Joe, Sloppy Joe, Mighty Joe Young, Raymondo, or Thurston Howell the Third are just a few off the top of my head.

you could call him Joe or Joseph. I know people that do go by their middle name. But as he gets older and you need to discipline him call him by all 3 names Raymond Joseph _______. that way he knows he is in big trouble with mommy.

If you call your bf Raymond, why not just call your son Ray?

I like tre for 3 I love the name tre anyways. Good luck I love nicknames. I dont know how old your son is, but if hes still little you might want to wait till he crawls or starts talking because you can get good nicknames once they become there own person! (My brothers nick name is Scoot, because he used to Scoot on the floor) Everyone calls him Scoot. Good luck

how about 'TRay', combining third and ray (say it as 'tray').
Or maybe you should just call him Triloray or Trilogy lol
I think RJ is the best way to go though, personally.
This is why I don't like juniors, III's etc, way too much confusion.

I always thought Trey was a cool nickname for the third since it means three.
